Position Overview
AP Services is building a network of School Psychologists for on-site placements with districts and schools in and near Chicago. Openings vary by school and grade band.
- 1099 independent contractor — not a W-2 position
- On-site, school-year placements
- K-12 assignments across districts and schools in and near Chicago
- Direct, in-person collaboration with school teams
Responsibilities
- Conduct psychoeducational evaluations and reevaluations on-site
- Administer and interpret standardized assessments in person
- Participate in IEP, eligibility, and reevaluation meetings
- Consult directly with teachers, administrators, and families
- Support MTSS/RTI and intervention processes
Qualifications
- State licensure/certification as a School Psychologist
- Master's or doctoral degree in School Psychology
- Prior school-based experience preferred
Contractor Notice: This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity, not a W-2 employee position. Contractors are not eligible for employee benefits and are responsible for their own taxes, required licensure, and business expenses. Assignments, start dates, hours, and final compensation are determined based on confirmed district needs and are not guaranteed until placement is finalized.
