Terms & Conditions
Last updated: August 2026
These terms govern your use of apservicesk12.com, operated by Academic Professional Services (“AP Services,” “we,” “us”). By using this site, you agree to these terms. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.
Use of This Site
This site is provided to help school districts find qualified educational professionals, and to help professionals find staffing opportunities. You agree to use it only for these purposes and to provide accurate information when submitting a form.
Job Postings & Applications
Job postings on this site describe opportunities we are actively recruiting for, but details (location, schedule, arrangement, and availability) can change based on district needs. Submitting an application does not guarantee an interview, placement, or offer.
Some postings are for 1099 independent contractor assignments. Where noted, contractors are not employees of AP Services, are responsible for their own taxes and business expenses, and are not eligible for employee benefits. Assignment availability, hours, and compensation vary and are not guaranteed by this posting.
No Guarantee of Placement or Employment
AP Services works to connect schools and professionals, but we do not guarantee that any candidate will be placed, hired, or contracted, or that any district will find a suitable candidate. All placements are subject to the district’s own hiring, credentialing, and background check requirements.
Intellectual Property
The content on this site — including text, graphics, and the AP Services name and logo — is owned by AP Services or its licensors and may not be copied or used without permission.
Third-Party Links
This site may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content or practices of sites we don’t operate.
Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
This site and its content are provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, AP Services is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
